Where's your head at?

This is another photograph from my trip to Paris in 2009. Tuesday I'm going to Paris again, this time with a bunch of Art History students. The group of students I'm in will have a surrealistic approach in this trip, which means we'll investigate the how's and why's of the Surrealist movement in Paris. I'm sure I'll make a lot of photos there, as my camera will be hanging 'round my neck 24/7.
So I was looking at my pictures of Paris 2009 and when I saw this one, I thought 'well, how surreal is this?!'. So as a little 'apéritif', here's to you: the legend of St. Denis.

A beautiful fear

Jellyfish at the zoo. I like them better when they're behind the glass, rather than when it's me and the sea, and all that's in there.

Red, white and blue

Amsterdam celebrated the Queen's birthday (actually it's not even her real birthday, but who cares). The masses took over the streets, a city soaked in red, white and blue. And orange, of course. One big hurray for our Beatrix. Or for a boundless party in the streets.
